By creating an account, accessing ZIAROS, generating an itinerary, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the ZIAROS Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create and use a ZIAROS account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current account information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account access.
• Use a unique password and take reasonable steps to secure your email account and devices.
• Notify ZIAROS promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
• Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.

You may not create an account for another person without permission, impersonate another individual or organization, or provide misleading identity information.

ZIAROS is an AI-assisted travel-planning platform designed to help users organize travel ideas, live search results, and booking details into personalized journeys.

The Service may provide:

• Destination search and geographic information.
• Suggested itineraries based on dates, budgets, interests, and travel preferences.
• Estimated budgets and category-level cost breakdowns.
• Suggested accommodations, dining, attractions, transportation, shopping, nightlife, and free time.
• Maps, coordinates, route context, and travel-time estimates.
• Packing, clothing, reservation, and practical travel suggestions.
• Travel imagery and links or references to external places and providers.
• Flight and experience search, provider availability or pricing where enabled, and links or flows for third-party checkout.
• Tools to import, review, organize, and remove booking confirmations and travel-related attachments.
• Saved traveler preferences that can be applied to future searches.
• Tools to save, refine, restore, and delete journeys.

Availability varies by provider, destination, account, and feature. A selection added to a booking cart, itinerary, or inbox is not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when the relevant provider completes the transaction and issues a valid confirmation. Test or sandbox bookings are clearly identified and are not valid for travel.

ZIAROS uses artificial intelligence to generate and refine travel plans. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inconsistent, unavailable, unsuitable, or different from what you expected.

• Prices, fees, exchange rates, hours, schedules, menus, ratings, availability, reservation requirements, and entry rules may change at any time.
• A suggested business, route, location, activity, or transportation option may be closed, moved, incorrectly identified, unsafe, inaccessible, or unavailable.
• Coordinates and travel-time estimates may be approximate.
• Budget estimates are illustrative and may exclude taxes, tips, deposits, insurance, currency changes, seasonal pricing, or unexpected expenses.
• An itinerary may not account for every personal need, disability, medical consideration, dietary restriction, weather event, local law, or safety risk.

ZIAROS does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, current, complete, legally compliant, safe, available, or appropriate for your circumstances.

You remain solely responsible for your travel decisions, purchases, preparations, and conduct.

You are responsible for verifying and obtaining:

• Valid passports, visas, permits, identification, and entry or transit authorizations.
• Current immigration, customs, vaccination, health, security, and destination-entry requirements.
• Official travel advisories, local laws, cultural rules, and emergency information.
• Confirmed reservations, tickets, opening hours, schedules, cancellation rules, and accessibility information.
• Appropriate travel, medical, vehicle, activity, and cancellation insurance.
• Professional advice where medical, legal, financial, safety, accessibility, or immigration issues are involved.

You should not rely on ZIAROS for urgent, emergency, medical, immigration, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

ZIAROS may display information, maps, images, locations, suggestions, references, or links involving third parties. These third parties are independent from ZIAROS.

Your interactions and transactions with a third party are between you and that third party. Their own terms, policies, prices, cancellation rules, safety practices, and privacy notices apply.

When ZIAROS connects you to travel inventory or a checkout supplied by an airline, ticketing platform, activity provider, accommodation provider, or another partner, that provider determines availability, final pricing, taxes, mandatory and optional fees, currency conversion, payment requirements, ticketing, changes, refunds, and cancellation rules. Prices or totals shown by ZIAROS before checkout are not binding; review the provider's final total and terms before completing a transaction. When checkout occurs on an external provider site, you pay and contract with that provider unless the checkout expressly says otherwise.

ZIAROS does not control and is not responsible for the availability, legality, safety, accuracy, quality, conduct, products, services, or privacy practices of third parties.

The appearance of a business, destination, activity, photograph, map, or link does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, certification, or guarantee by ZIAROS.

You may provide destinations, preferences, descriptions, requests, feedback, and other information to ZIAROS. You retain ownership of content that you own.

You grant ZIAROS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, format, process, and display your content solely as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide and personalize the Service.
• Generate, save, display, refine, and restore your itineraries.
• Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve ZIAROS.
• Comply with law and enforce these Terms.

This license ends when your content is deleted from active ZIAROS systems, except where limited retention is reasonably necessary for backups, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or the protection of rights.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide your content and allow it to be processed as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You may not use ZIAROS to:

• Violate any law, regulation, court order, contractual obligation, or third-party right.
• Plan, facilitate, encourage, or conceal unlawful, fraudulent, exploitative, violent, or harmful activity.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, damage, or bypass the Service or its security controls.
• Access another person’s account, data, or authentication credentials without authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, copy, harvest, or extract the Service or its data through unauthorized automated means.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover protected source code, models, prompts, credentials, or internal systems, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Misrepresent AI-generated information as officially verified, guaranteed, or authored by an authority.
• Use the Service to infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Submit unnecessary highly sensitive personal information or information belonging to another person without authorization.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to ZIAROS without written permission.

We may investigate suspected violations and may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect ZIAROS, users, service providers, or third parties.

ZIAROS and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, interfaces, designs, branding, logos, trademarks, layouts, original written content, databases, and other protected materials.

Subject to these Terms, ZIAROS grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for its intended travel-planning purpose.

No ownership interest is transferred to you. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Third-party maps, photographs, names, marks, data, and other content remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners.

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you permit ZIAROS to use them without restriction or compensation, provided that doing so does not identify you publicly without permission.

ZIAROS is currently offered as a public-beta service. Beta features may contain defects, change without notice, generate unexpected results, or become temporarily unavailable.

We may add, modify, limit, suspend, replace, or discontinue any part of the Service. We do not guarantee continuous availability, a particular feature set, compatibility with every device, or preservation of beta data indefinitely.

We may impose reasonable limits on itinerary generation, storage, account activity, or other usage to manage security, reliability, provider limits, and operating costs.

If paid features are introduced, applicable prices and material purchase terms will be displayed before you complete a purchase.

You may stop using ZIAROS at any time. You may permanently delete your account through the account settings provided by the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that:

• You violated these Terms or applicable law.
• Your account creates a security, fraud, abuse, or legal risk.
• Suspension is needed to protect users, providers, third parties, or the Service.
• We are required to act by law, legal process, or a service provider.
• The Service or relevant feature is discontinued.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and disputes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZIAROS disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, quiet enjoyment, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

ZIAROS does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, current, complete, compatible, or free from harmful components, or that generated content will satisfy your expectations.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZIAROS and its owners, personnel, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, goodwill, opportunities, travel expenses, or business interruption.

This limitation applies to claims arising from or relating to:

• Use of or inability to use ZIAROS.
• AI-generated content, recommendations, estimates, routes, or omissions.
• Changes, delays, cancellations, closures, injuries, losses, or events involving travel or third parties.
• Unauthorized access, data loss, service interruptions, or security incidents.
• Reliance on information displayed or generated through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZIAROS’s total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

1. 1.The amount you paid directly to ZIAROS for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
2. 2.One hundred United States dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZIAROS and its owners, personnel, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• Your content.
• Your infringement or violation of another person’s rights.
• Your travel decisions, transactions, conduct, or interactions with third parties.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to ZIAROS, service providers, laws, security practices, or business operations.

The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. If changes materially affect your rights, we may provide additional notice through the Service or by email where appropriate.

Your continued use of ZIAROS after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Subject to any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law, legal proceedings arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain effective.

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without written consent from ZIAROS. ZIAROS may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, financing, acquisition, asset transfer, or operation of the Service.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and ZIAROS regarding the Service, except for any additional terms expressly presented for a specific feature.
